To act as Senior Civil & Structural BoP Design Expert - Wind / BESS / PV / Substation & Transmission in renewable projects (Wind, Solar PV and BESS) development including preparation of in-house Basic design Engineering package, review & validation of external design documents in coordination with Technology experts providing complete Basic design deliverables and technical support in all Renewable projects. Fully focused on optimizing the overall project cost, while ensuring quality and long-term reliability of the assets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Civil & Structural Engineering Deliverables: Develop and deliver detailed civil & structural designs for Balance of Plant including foundations, transformers, switchgear, transmission towers, high-voltage equipment support structures, access roads, drainage systems, and utility enclosures ensuring full compliance with IEC and IEEE standards and project specifications, while accounting for soil conditions,



load requirements, and environmental factors.

Feasibility Study Assessments: Conduct technical assessments for feasibility studies, focusing on the civil engineering aspects of transmission substations and associated infrastructure. Optimize design and BOM to ensure competitive pricing and reliable offers from contractors for substation projects, including transmission tower foundation designs.

Basic Engineering & FEED Package: Prepare and review Basic Engineering and FEED packages, ensuring compliance with substation transmission requirements.

Design Validation: Validate outsourced designs, ensuring alignment with high-voltage transmission specifications and standards.

Technical Reviews & Handover: Lead design reviews and ensure smooth handover to EPC contractors and Asset Management.

EPC Design Guidance: Provide guidance to EPCs on civil design optimization for substation transmission projec
