? What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and development of complex .NET applications

• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to architecture decisions
• Mentor and guide junior developers
• Conduct code reviews and maintain development best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on deployment and reliability
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes

? What We’re Looking For

Candidates with solid hands-on experience in .NET development along with experience in technical leadership, application architecture and team mentoring.

Experience with Azure/AWS, microservices, Docker and Agile will be an added advantage.
