Key Responsibilities
* Design and customize travel packages based on client requirements.
* Handle hotel bookings, transfers, visas, and holiday packages.
* Maintain accuracy in data entry, reservations, and booking documentation.
* Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, and other service providers to ensure smooth operations.
* Communicate with clients and provide timely assistance throughout the booking process.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
* Manage multiple bookings and customer requests efficiently.

Requirements
* Graduate; MBA candidates preferred.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
* Passion for travel and a customer-focused approach.
