Role Overview




The Manager – Talent Acquisition will support the execution of recruitment strategies to meet the operational hiring needs of aviation ground handling services. This role involves managing high-volume recruitment across functions such as ramp services, baggage handling, customer service, and technical support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Aviation operational hiring, robust sourcing capabilities, and a commitment to delivering a seamless candidate experience in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. Candidate would have Bulk & Blue-Collar recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment Execution & Process Management
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and support roles, ensuring timely and quality hires.
