Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales and Telecalling role based in Gurugram. The qualified in this role will handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and leads, explain Orane’s training programs, and answer questions about courses, fees, and career opportunities.



Daily responsibilities include following up on inquiries, maintaining call logs and lead databases, and converting qualified leads into enrollments. The role involves coordinating with counselors and center managers, scheduling appointments or campus visits, and supporting walk-in inquiries. The position also requires meeting defined sales targets, providing timely updates and reports, and delivering a courteous, informative, and professional experience to every caller.
