Job RoleWe are looking for Telesales Executives to join our sales team for Personal Loan and Overdraft products.
- ResponsibilitiesCall customers and explain personal loan and overdraft products.
- Generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan options.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain daily calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the team for documentation and application processing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
- RequirementsGood communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Candidates with telesales, telecalling, loan, banking or financial sales experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales can also apply.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-based setting.
