Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive & Marketing professional to join our swimming pool construction and Development Company. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, promoting swimming pool construction and development services, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills, a willingness to travel for client meetings, and an interest in sales and construction-related work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

- Generate leads and identify potential customers for swimming pool construction and development projects.
- Visit clients, construction sites, residential projects, bungalows, resorts, hotels, and other potential locations.
- Explain swimming pool designs, features, construction processes, materials, and advantages to clients.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders and achieve assigned sales targets.

2. Client Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements, budget, and project expectations.
- Provide suitable swimming pool solutions based on customer requirements.
- Regularly follow up with clients and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams whenever required.

3. Market Research & Marketing

- Identify new business opportunities in the local construction and real estate market.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Develop new customer contacts through field visits, references, networking, and other marketing activities.




- Promote the company's swimming pool construction and development services.

5. Sales Reporting

- Maintain records of leads, enquiries, site visits, quotations, follow-ups, and sales.
- Submit regular sales and field visit reports to management.
- Track sales performance and work towards achieving monthly targets.

6. Customer Service

- Respond professionally to customer enquiries and concerns.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and develop long-term business relationships.

Required Qualifications

- Education: Graduation preferred; candidates who have completed 12th Standard may also apply.
- Experience: 0–2 years in Sales / Marketing / Construction-related field.
- Fresher’s with positive communication and sales skills may also be considered.
- Knowledge or experience in the construction industry / swimming pool industry will be an advantage.
- Valid Two-Wheeler / Bike is mandatory.
- Must be willing to travel for field sales and client meetings.
