Key Responsibilities

Conduct field visits to identify and onboard eligible candidates for the AWIGN AI Video Recording Project.

Explain the project process, eligibility criteria, and requirements to potential candidates.

Complete candidate registration and onboarding as per project guidelines.

Generate leads through field marketing and direct outreach.

Achieve a monthly target of 50 successful onboardings.

Maintain accurate records of leads, registrations, and successful onboardings.

Submit daily/weekly performance reports to the reporting manager.

Follow all company and project guidelines during candidate onboarding.

Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth execution of the project.

Candidate Requirements

Positive communication and convincing skills.

Willingness to work in the field.

Smartphone with basic internet knowledge.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Candidates based in Bangalore/Bengaluru will be preferred.

Target-oriented, disciplined, and responsible approach.
