Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to handle the complete recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to interview coordination and joining. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidates.

- Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand job requirements from clients and hiring managers.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, references, and databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Explain job roles, salary, location, working hours, and company details to candidates.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Negotiate salary and coordinate offer and joining formalities.
- Ensure regular follow-up with selected candidates until joining.
- Handle multiple vacancies and achieve daily/monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain proper recruitment reports and MIS.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- RequirementsQualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 0–3 years in recruitment/HR preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
