Role Overview:

We are hiring for a Team Lead / Operations Manager role within the Supply Chain function. The role will involve managing procurement and supply chain operations, monitoring team performance, handling escalations and ensuring smooth delivery of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities -

- Manage and motivate the team to achieve operational and business targets.
- Monitor team performance, productivity and quality metrics.
- Handle customer/client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct process reviews and support continuous improvement.
- Manage sourcing and procurement activities with domestic and international suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.




- Manage procurement-related contracts, purchase orders and supplier agreements.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery and exceptions.
- Identify operational risks and ensure appropriate mitigation.
- Support process training and employee assessment.
- Ensure adherence to process, quality and compliance requirements.

Required Skills -

- Solid experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Hands-on experience in Sourcing & Procurement.
- Vendor/Supplier Management.
- Contract Administration and Procurement Operations.
- Team Handling and Performance Management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in handling escalations, exceptions and operational issues.
- Ability to work in rotational/night shifts.

Qualification -

- Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education.
- B.Com / BMS / BBA / MBA preferred.
