Accountant / Accounts Executive – AVI IndustriesWe are looking for an experienced Accountant / Accounts Executive with good practical knowledge of manufacturing-company accounting.

- Key Skills & ResponsibilitiesStrong working knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP
- Day-to-day accounting: Purchase, Sales, Receipt, Payment, Journal and Contra entries
- GST working and compliance

- GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B preparation
- Input Tax Credit reconciliation
- GST purchase/sales reconciliation
- E-Invoice and E-Way Bill knowledge
- Debit/Credit Notes
- Good practical knowledge of TDS

- TDS deduction
- Challan preparation/payment
- TDS returns
- Form 16/16A and reconciliation
- Knowledge of TCS applicability and compliance
- Bank reconciliation (BRS)
- Customer and supplier ledger reconciliation
- Debtors & creditors ageing and outstanding follow-up
- Customer payment receipt/account reconciliation
- Vendor payment preparation and reconciliation




- Purchase invoice verification and accounting
- Basic knowledge of PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and payroll accounting
- Monthly account closing and preparation of schedules
- Coordination with CA / auditors for GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory requirements
- Assistance during statutory/internal audits
- Valuable working knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and basic formulas
- Proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents

Preferred ExperienceExperience in a manufacturing / engineering / automobile-component company will be preferred.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling routine accounting, GST/TDS compliance, reconciliations and coordinating with management and the CA.
