Job Summary

Smaaash Entertainment is hiring an experienced Training Manager / Learning & Development (L&D;) Manager to design, implement, and manage employee learning initiatives across business functions. The role focuses on operational training, leadership development, customer experience, SOP compliance, statutory training, and employee capability enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Training Need Identification (TNI) across departments.

Develop and deliver induction, SOP, customer service, compliance, leadership, and technical training programs.

Conduct Fire & Life Safety training and ensure statutory compliance.

Create training calendars, manuals, presentations, assessments, and learning materials.





Monitor training effectiveness and employee development initiatives.

Maintain training records and support audit readiness.

Drive continuous learning and leadership development across business units.

Candidate Requirements

5–8 years of experience as a Training Manager or Learning & Development Manager.

Experience in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Retail, Gaming, Entertainment, or Amusement industries preferred.

Strong knowledge of training design, facilitation, SOP implementation, employee development, and compliance training.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatory.

Male candidates preferred.

Maximum age: 38 years.
