Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to handle customer enquiries and sales leads. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, and successfully converting enquiries into orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Call customers on incoming enquiries and leads

• Understand customer requirements and product needs

• Explain products and provide relevant information

• Follow up with interested customers

• Convert leads into confirmed orders

• Ensure customer requirements are properly fulfilled

• Maintain valuable customer relationships through regular communication





• Coordinate with the relevant team to process customer orders
