TELECALLER / PATIENT COORDINATOR

Job RoleWe are looking for a confident and energetic Female Telecaller to handle patient enquiries, follow up with leads, explain clinic services and convert enquiries into appointments.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake inbound and outbound calls to patients and leads.
- Follow up with leads received through Meta Ads, Google, WhatsApp and other sources.
- Understand patient requirements and explain relevant skin, hair and aesthetic treatments.
- Book, confirm and reschedule appointments.
- Follow up with interested, pending and old leads.
- Handle basic patient queries professionally and escalate medical questions to the clinical team.
- Send treatment/appointment information through WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the reception and clinic team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling,



appointment and conversion targets.
- Ensure every genuine lead receives timely follow-up.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.

- Positive convincing and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working with targets.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Telecalling, sales, healthcare or clinic experience will be an advantage.

Working Details

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Location: Nirog360° Aesthetics Clinic, B-28, Sector 63, Noida

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives
