Job Description – Telecaller (Recovery Process)We are hiring Telecallers for Recovery / Collection Calling.

The candidate will be responsible for calling customers regarding pending payments, following up on payment commitments, and updating call status properly.

- Job ResponsibilitiesCall customers regarding pending dues / outstanding payments.
- Follow up with customers for payment and payment commitments.
- Handle recovery calls in a professional and polite manner.
- Record and update call status such as Paid, PTP, Not Connected, Ringing, Wrong Number, etc.
- Follow up on Promise to Pay (PTP) cases.
- Maintain daily calling and recovery records.
- Coordinate with the Team Leader regarding important recovery cases.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.




- Maintain proper communication with customers while following company guidelines.
- Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable with making regular outbound calls.
- Ability to handle customers confidently.
- Experience in Telecalling, Collection, Recovery, Loan Recovery, Banking or NBFC process will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
