Production Engineer for Manufacturer of pharmaceutical equipment's

Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Engineer to support manufacturing activities for process equipment, including production planning, fabrication, assembly, quality, and shop-floor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in daily production planning and shop-floor activities.

* Coordinate fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly work.

* Read and understand engineering drawings and BOMs.

* Support manpower allocation and production target monitoring.

* Coordinate with Design, Quality, Stores, Purchase, and Maintenance teams.

* Monitor production quality and ensure work follows specifications.

* Maintain daily production reports and job status.

* Assist in identifying production issues and implementing corrective actions.

* Follow safety, 5S,



and housekeeping standards.

Qualification

* Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

* Freshers can apply.

* Basic knowledge of engineering drawings, fabrication, and manufacturing processes preferred.

* Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Shift & C/Off Policy

Regular Shift: 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM.

If the employee stays back for work until approximately 6:00 AM after completion of the scheduled shift, the additional 4 hours will be considered as C/Off, as per company policy.
