HR Manager – Ujjwal JewellersWe are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, employee discipline, performance tracking, training, HR policies, documentation and employee engagement.
The HR Manager will coordinate with department heads and management, maintain accurate HR records, handle employee grievances, conduct regular HR reviews, and ensure company policies and workplace standards are followed.
