Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Civil & Structural Draughtsman to prepare accurate civil and structural drawings for residential construction projects. The candidate will coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and site engineers to ensure drawings are practical and suitable for execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare civil and structural drawings for residential buildings.
- Prepare detailed foundation, column, beam, slab, staircase, and roof drawings.
- Prepare floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
- Prepare RCC reinforcement and structural detailing drawings.
- Prepare drawings based on architectural and structural designs.
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
- Coordinate with Architects, Structural Engineers, Site Engineers, and QS team.
- Make revisions and modifications to drawings as per project requirements.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and follow project specifications.
- Prepare detailed drawings for site execution.
- Visit construction sites when required to understand site conditions and resolve drawing-related issues.
- Maintain proper drawing records and revision details.




- Support the project team with technical drawings and documentation.

Required Skills

- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
- Good knowledge of civil and structural drafting.
- Strong understanding of RCC structures.
- Knowledge of foundation, footing, column, beam, slab, staircase, and reinforcement detailing.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of construction drawings and site execution requirements.
- Good understanding of dimensions, levels, sections, and detailing.
- Ability to coordinate with engineers and site teams.
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle drawing revisions and work within deadlines.
- Knowledge of Revit / Revit Structure will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of SketchUp or other drafting software will be an advantage.

Qualification

- Diploma / ITI / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in civil and structural drafting, preferably in residential construction.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in residential building projects.
- Strong practical knowledge of RCC construction.
- Able to prepare drawings independently from engineer/architect instructions.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to work from the office and attend site visits whenever required.
