- Preferred Sales Skills – Operations Manager Strong sales and business development skills, preferably in the pest control or facility management industry.
- Ability to identify recent business opportunities and generate leads.
- Experience in client relationship management and customer retention.
- Ability to coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of preparing quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Ability to develop new clients in hotels, corporates, industries, and residential societies.
- Experience in upselling services and expanding existing accounts.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in both Operations and Sales in the pest control or facility management industry will be given preference.
