About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team at Arbor Academy. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their career goals, explaining suitable courses, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals, and requirements.
- Provide detailed information about available courses, fees, curriculum, and placement assistance.
- Counsel students and help them choose the right course based on their career objectives.
- Follow up regularly with interested students and maintain a healthy admission pipeline.
- Handle student queries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Achieve assigned monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with the Team Leader and other departments for smooth student onboarding.
- Build positive relationships with students and ensure a positive counselling experience.
- Stay updated about the academy's courses, offerings, and admission processes.
