Job Description – Technician / Electrician / Fitter

Location: Office – Navipeth | Factory – Velu

Employment Type: Trainee (Permanent upon successful appraisal after 6 months)

We are seeking motivated Technicians to join our Mechanical and Electrical Engineering teams. This is a trainee role with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position based on performance. The selected candidates will contribute to production, fitting, assembly, and testing of electro-mechanical items and systems.

- Reporting StructureReports To: Works Manager / Project Manager
- Key ResponsibilitiesProduction, fitting, assembly, and testing of electro-mechanical items and systems.
- Support in wiring and installation activities.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and circuit diagrams.
- Assist in shopfloor operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols (PPE usage).
- Cooperate with team members and maintain organized work practices.
- Minimum Education: 12th Pass
- Preferred Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (DEE)
- Experience:



0–1 years (freshers welcome)
- Certifications: Valid educational qualification certificates
- Skills & CompetenciesMust-Have Technical Skills: Wiring & installation, reading mechanical drawings & circuit diagrams
- Positive-to-Have Skills: Operating multimeters, megometers (Megger), oscilloscopes, clamp meters, and other measuring devices
- Soft Skills: Active listening, cooperation, communication, organizational ability
- Languages: Marathi, Hindi (required)
- Computer Skills: Not mandatory, but an added advantage
- Work ConditionsLocation: Factory (Velu)
- Shift Pattern: General shift (10 AM – 6 PM)
- Safety Requirements: PPE mandatory
- Travel: Willingness to travel required
- Interview Rounds: 2
- Panel Members: Works Manager, Director
- Assessment/Test: Part of interview
- Expected Time-to-Close: 2 weeks
- Additional Notes: First 6 months will be as a trainee.
- Permanent employment will be confirmed post successful performance appraisal.
