Sales Representative – Lab-Grown Diamonds

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team in the lab-grown diamond business. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of diamonds and good communication skills, with the ability to communicate in basic English.

This is an office-based sales position involving communication with customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable diamond options, and following up with enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries and sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable diamonds.
- Communicate with customers through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other business channels.
- Explain basic diamond specifications such as shape, carat, colour, clarity, cut and certification.
- Prepare and share diamond quotations and available options.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding stock,



pricing and orders.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- Previous experience in diamond sales or the diamond industry is preferred.
- Basic understanding of diamonds and their specifications.
- Basic English reading and communication skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and basic computer applications.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Sales experience will be an advantage.
