1. Oversee daily production activities

2. Manage production team, provide guidance and training

3. Ensure production targets are met

4. Monitor quality and implement improvements

5. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., quality, maintenance)

6. Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance

7. Optimize production processes for efficiency

Site Primary Responsibilities :

1. Instructs, directs and supervise the activities.

2. Prescribes work detail, specifications and procedures.

Job Description:

1. Report to work at 8.30am by biometric.

2. Analyze and assess and plan work for the day.

3. Instructs, directs and supervises the activities of site.

4. Inform daily site visit plan on what’s-app and send live locations.

5. Give technical advice as required on site.

6. Performs other duties as assigned.

7. Handle manpower.

Outgoing time 6.30 pm to be done on biometric.

Requirements:

Production Manager

1. 3+ years production experience

2. Leadership and team management skills

3.



Knowledge of production processes and safety standards

4. Problem-solving and communication skills

Site Required Skills :

1. Ability to travel to job Sites.

2. Must have understanding Power.

3. Planning, Organizing, Problem solving and decision making Skill.

4. Negotiable effectively to generate income for the company.

5. Technical expertise to analyze client requirement.

Keeping Record

1. Production Logs: Daily production numbers, targets, and achievements

2. Quality Records: Quality checks, inspections, and test results

3. Inventory Records: Raw materials, WIP, and finished goods

4. Downtime Records: Reasons for production stops or delays

5. Training Records: Employee training and certifications

6. Safety Records: Incidents, accidents, and near-misses

Evaluation

Criteria

Primary Internal

Interactions :

1.

With Directors, accounts and installation team.

2.

Transfer of

payments/cheques on timely basis.

3.

Written communication

regarding initialization requirements.

4.

Reporting on daily

status & plan of site work.

Educational

Qualification: Bachelors Degree in mechanical

engineering.
