What you'll do:

• Call and follow up every inbound student and parent enquiry, and move the serious ones to a next step.

• Email and call school counsellors to set up short intro meetings.

• Keep the CRM honest — every lead and every callback logged the day it happens.

What we want: 1 to 3 years in admissions counselling, inside sales or telecalling.



Someone who can be the fifth call a parent takes today and still make them want to keep talking. Clear written English. Marathi or Hindi is a plus.

Growth: in two or three years this role leads a small admissions team — or moves across to school partnerships, the programme side or marketing. Small team, so the next role is usually visible before it is vacant.

Pune (Bhosalenagar), in office, full-time. Mon to Fri full days plus Saturday half day. Own laptop needed. Start within a month.
