Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Coordinate procurement opportunities and related documentation
- Recruit, train and lead a dedicated procurement team
- Manage bank interactions, follow-ups and field activities
- Ensure targets, compliance and timely reporting
Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in banking, NBFCs or financial services
- Strong relationships and familiarity with banking operations
- Proven leadership and team-building ability
- Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel as required
