Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive

PAYSH Services Private Limited is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive customer and merchant acquisition and promote our fintech and digital payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard new merchants, businesses, institutions and channel partners.
- Promote PAYSH’s payment, recharge, bill payment, payout and fintech solutions.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and business clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable PAYSH products and solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for merchant onboarding, KYC, activation and support.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into active customers.
- Conduct market research and identify recent business opportunities.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities and local brand-building initiatives.
- Maintain regular records of leads, customer interactions,



conversions and sales performance.
- Handle basic customer queries and ensure proper follow-up after onboarding.

Skills Required

- Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and customer relationship abilities.
- Willingness to travel and conduct field sales when required.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic understanding of digital payments, fintech and online business solutions is an advantage.
- Experience in B2B sales, fintech, banking, payment services or merchant acquisition will be preferred.

Experience

0–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or a related field.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales and business development are also welcome.
