We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations & Tender Executive to join our team.

? *Position:* Operations & Tender Executive

? *Salary:* ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month

? *Experience:* Fresher & Experienced Both Can Apply

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Handle *GeM Portal & other e-Procurement Portals*

* Search and identify relevant *Government & Private Tenders*

* Prepare and submit tender documents

* Manage *EMD, Tender Fees, BOQ, Quotations & Compliance Documents*

* Track tender deadlines, results and requirements

* Coordinate for *samples, orders, dispatch & documentation*

* Maintain daily tender & operations records





* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution

PREFERRED SKILLS

* Basic knowledge of Garment Merchandising

* Understanding of T-shirts, Denim, Shorts, Trousers & other garments

* Basic knowledge of Fabric, GSM, Measurements & Garment Specifications

* Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

* Valuable communication & follow-up skills

* Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines

Freshers with good computer skills and willingness to learn are also welcome.
