He should be a civil engineer with hands on experience in Construction of luxurious villas in hilly terrain, he shoulde be well versed with M.S Office , excel for reporting system to client, should have worked independently as project manager for a residential project for at least last 3 years, should be able to handle and lead a team of construction foremen, supervisors and engineers.
