- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food as per the menu and standard recipes.
- Support the Chef/Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, plating, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of food items.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Monitor food quality and report any issues to the senior chef.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
- Coordinate with other kitchen team members during busy service hours.
- Follow company policies, kitchen SOPs, and safety guidelines.
