We are looking for an experienced and passionate All-Round Chef / Cook for Apni Chowpati.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality North Indian, South Indian, Chaat & Street Food, and Indo-Chinese dishes (100% Pure Veg) with consistency in taste and hygiene.
- Expertise in preparing traditional Chaat items (like Bedaei, Kachori, Samosa, Raj Kachori, Chole Bhature, Moong Dal Chilla) and South Indian/Chinese items.
- Manage kitchen setup, daily inventory, and order preparation efficiently.
- Maintain strict cleanliness, food safety, and standard cooking practices.
- Ensure quick order preparation and delivery during peak hours.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or All-Round Cook in a restaurant/outlet.
- Strong expertise in Chaat, North Indian, South Indian, Fast Food, and Chinese items.
- Positive time-management skills and team collaboration.
