Required Skills
The candidate should have positive practical experience in:
North Indian Cuisine-Veg an Non-Veg
Chinese/ Indo Chinese
South Indian Cuisine
Indian starters,snacks and main course.
Food preperation, portion control and presentation.
Kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
Stock checking and minimizing wastage.
Responsibilities
Prepare food according to hotel kitchen and quality standards.
Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation.
Co-ordinate with kitchen helper and service staff.
