The candidate should have strong FMCG sales experience, distributor management skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

- Increase product availability and visibility in the assigned territory.
- Develop current markets and expand distribution reach.
- Identify business opportunities and execute growth strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Distributor ManagementAppoint and develop new distributors where required.
- Ensure distributor profitability and business sustainability.
- Team ManagementLead, motivate, and monitor Sales Officers, Sales Representatives
