We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & MIS Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, taxation compliance, expense reporting, invoicing, and MIS/P&L; maintenance. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, analytical ability, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.

- Key ResponsibilitiesRaise and maintain sales invoices for clients accurately and on time.
- Analyse and record daily business expenses and prepare them in the required format.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure accounting records are updated regularly.
- Handle GST-related activities and filing, ensuring timely compliance.
- Manage TDS calculations, records, and filings as required.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and bookkeeping records.
- Prepare, maintain, and regularly update MIS reports for management review.
- Maintain and monitor Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements, ensuring proper classification and accuracy of income and expenses.
- Set up, improve, and standardise MIS/P&L; formats and reporting systems.
- Reconcile financial data and identify discrepancies or unusual entries.
- Coordinate with internal teams for invoices, expenses, payments, and supporting documents.




- Provide timely financial data and reports to management.
- Identify gaps or errors in financial information and proactively resolve them.
- Required Skills & QualificationsStrong working knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
- Positive understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, GST, and TDS.
- Experience in MIS and P&L; preparation/maintenance.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and find practical solutions.
- Ability to organise large amounts of financial data into clear and useful reports.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Preferred Excel SkillsThe candidate should ideally be comfortable with:

- Pivot Tables
- XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP
- SUMIFS/COUNTIFS
- IF and nested formulas
- Data cleaning and formatting
- Reconciliation and data analysis
- MIS dashboards and reporting
- Basic Excel automation/macros would be an added advantage
