? Operations Supervisor – Food Processing & Drying

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor to take ownership of our Food Drying business vertical at DryM Foods.

You will be responsible for managing the complete day-to-day operation — from raw food input → drying → yield calculation → packing → final output.

- What you will do? Maintain and calculate input vs. output/yield for every batch
- ? Manage and allocate daily labour/manpower
- ? Handle packaging, packing material and finished stock
- ? Plan and monitor daily production and drying activities
- ? Maintain accurate production, wastage and inventory records
- ? Coordinate between production, drying, packaging and dispatch
- ? Track productivity and reduce wastage/losses
- ✅ Ensure hygiene,



quality and process discipline on the shop floor
- ? Take ownership of solving day-to-day operational issues
- Who we are looking for2–5 years of experience in food processing, manufacturing, production or operations
- Strong with numbers, calculations and Excel
- Positive at managing workers and getting work completed on time
- Practical, organised and comfortable working on the factory floor
- Someone who can take ownership rather than just supervise

This is a hands-on role with significant responsibility and growth potential. The right person will have the opportunity to build and eventually lead the entire Food Drying operations vertical.
