Job OverviewShiv SPARV Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team in Patna. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling day-to-day accounting activities, supporting billing and payments, and assisting the management with financial reporting.

Freshers are also welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant accounting experience will be preferred.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle sales, purchase, expense, and payment entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper records.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related work.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding payments, expenses, and accounts-related matters.




- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when required.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.
- EligibilityQualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent accounting qualification preferred.
- Experience: Freshers can apply; candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and GST will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in financial matters.
