?️ LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT

Candidates with good communication skills in ANY ONE of the following languages can apply:

• Tamil

• Malayalam

• Kannada

?️ Versant Requirement: Level 4

? Candidate's Versant level must be checked before sharing the profile.

? ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer calls professionally

• Understand customer queries and requirements

• Provide accurate information and suitable solutions

• Explain relevant banking products and services

• Assist customers with process-related queries





• Generate sales opportunities through effective communication

• Maintain qualified customer relationships

• Follow process guidelines and quality standards

? SHIFT DETAILS

? 6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Off

? Female Candidates:

• Any 9-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

? Male Candidates:

• Any 9-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM

? SALARY & ALLOWANCES

Tamil / Telugu / Kannada:

• ₹20,000 CTC

• Approx. ₹16,000 Take Home

Malayalam:

• ₹20,000 CTC

• Approx. ₹16,000 Take Home

? Language Allowance: ₹1,800

⏰ Shift Allowance: ₹1,200

• Paid once every 3 months
