- Candidates ko call karke interview ke liye invite karna.

- Candidate screening aur interview coordination karna.

- Selected candidates ko joining process mein assist karna.

- Daily recruitment updates aur candidate data maintain karna.

- Recruitment targets achieve karna.

- HR team ke saath coordination karna.

Requirements

- Minimum Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.

- Recruitment/HR experience preferred.

- Positive communication and convincing skills.

- Field mein travel karne ke liye comfortable hona.

- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel and calling.

- Target-oriented and responsible approach.
