About the Role :-

We are looking for an energetic, goal-driven, and experienced Telecalling Executive to join our Loans Department. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective loan customers, guiding them through various loan products, understanding their financial requirements, and converting inquiries into successful applications.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Outbound Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases regarding various loan products (e.g., Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, etc.).
- Needs Assessment: Understand customers' financial needs, explain loan eligibility criteria, interest rates, tenure, and documentation requirements clearly.
- Lead Conversion: Pitch loan products effectively, address customer queries, overcome objections, and guide them through the initial application process.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead statuses in the CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly,



and monthly targets for calls made, leads qualified, and loans processed.
- Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with the sales and documentation teams to ensure smooth handoff and processing of completed loan files.
- Candidate RequirementsExperience: Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service, preferably within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector or loan/fintech industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and [Insert Local Language, e.g., Hindi/Regional Language]. A clear, polite, and persuasive phone demeanor is essential.
- Education: Minimum High School diploma (12th Pass) or Graduation in any stream.

- Good listening skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software or MS Excel.
- Ability to handle rejections and work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
