FACTORY PRODUCTION IN-CHARGE

Location: Alanahalli, Mysore

Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000/month (based on experience)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage daily garment production and production targets.
- Plan cutting, stitching, printing, finishing and packing.
- Allocate work to production staff and monitor productivity.
- Ensure quality, production efficiency and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Cutting, Stitching, Printing, QC, Stores and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor manpower, machines, materials and production wastage.
- Track daily production reports and resolve production issues.
- Maintain discipline, attendance and workflow on the factory floor.
- Ensure orders are completed as per specifications and deadlines.

Required Skills: Garment production knowledge, team management, production planning, quality control and problem-solving.
