TradeProbe is starting a trading coaching institute in Ranchi. We are looking for a friendly and confident person to handle the reception, talk to students and help us with course enquiries, admissions and day to day managment.

You don't need to be an expert in trading or sales. We will help you understand our courses and products. You just need to have a strong willingness to learn.

What you'll do :

- Welcome students and visitors at the institute.
- Answer phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Tell students about our trading courses, fees and batches.
- Talk to people who are interested in joining our courses.
- Follow up with leads and people who have shown interest.
- Help convert enquiries into course admissions.
- Maintain basic student and enquiry details in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Schedule counselling sessions and student visits.
- Coordinate with Directors regarding day to day activities.
- Help the institution with day-to-day office operations
- Help with content shoots: setting up, scheduling, etc
- Support social media coordination (posting, replying to comments and DMs)

What we're looking for :





- Positive communication in Hindi and English
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable on calls
- Comfortable with computers, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Comfortable with sales follow-ups and willing to learn about the stock market
- Someone who is comfortable with sales and follow-ups.
- Comfort in front of a camera is a plus

Experience: Freshers welcome. Experience in sales, reception, telecalling, counselling, or marketing is a plus.
