Sky Rise Enterprises is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive – Manpower & Recruitment to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced candidate to handle B2B client acquisition for manpower/recruitment services, especially GCC markets, along with basic social media activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach new GCC clients through LinkedIn, email, calls, WhatsApp, and online research.
- Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into clients.
- Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
- Maintain client and lead records.
- Manage basic LinkedIn/Instagram and recruitment-related social media content.
- Support digital marketing and lead-generation activities.

Requirem, Client Acquisition, Manpower/Staffing, or Recruitment.

- GCC/Overseas Recruitment experience preferred.
- Good English communication and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn and online lead generation.
- Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings, and follow-ups.
- Ability to independently generate and convert current clients.
