- 3–7 years of experience in industrial civil construction.
- Handle day-to-day site execution, manpower and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with clients and ensure timely completion of work.
- Monitor quality, safety, materials and productivity.
- Prepare daily progress reports for client and management.
- Read drawings, understand BOQ and coordinate site requirements.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India is mandatory.
