- Role: Dispatch Executive / Officer (Outward Logistics)
- Industry: Automotive Components / Tier-1 Supplier
- Experience Required: 2 to 5 years in dispatch, warehousing, or supply chain
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred) [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Dispatch Planning: Plan daily/weekly dispatch schedules according to customer delivery orders
- Documentation & Invoicing: Generate tax invoices, E-way bills, Lorry Receipts (LR), and update Finished Goods (FG) stock in the ERP/SAP system.
- Transporter Coordination: Book vehicles, negotiate freight rates with transport vendors, and align placement with loading schedules.
- Warehouse & Packing Supervision: Supervise final packing, barcoding, and material loading to prevent transit damages or short shipments.
- MIS & Tracking: Maintain daily dispatch logs, track in-transit shipments, monitor Turnaround Time (TAT), and report logistics metrics to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP systems and MS Excel for MIS reporting.
