Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.

- Identify and generate new leads and business opportunities.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.

- Follow up with leads, enquiries, and prospective customers.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.

- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

- Promote the company through digital marketing, social media, events, and other promotional activities.

- Maintain accurate records of sales enquiries, client meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.

- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.

- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to develop new contacts.
