Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive – Plot Sales Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Location: Bihta, Bihar

Job Overview-We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in real estate plot sales and be comfortable handling prospective customers, site visits, follow-ups, and closing sales.

Candidates with knowledge and experience of plot sales in Bihta will be preferred.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and identify potential customers interested in purchasing residential/commercial plots.
- Contact prospective customers through calls, messages, and other sales channels.
- Explain project details, plot specifications, pricing, payment plans, and available options to customers.
- Arrange and conduct site visits for interested customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads and prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property deals.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.




- Stay updated about local real estate developments and market conditions.
- RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in real estate plot sales.
- Candidates with Bihta plot sales experience/knowledge will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and customer/lead management.
