• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Explain products/services clearly to customers
• Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into sales
• Resolve customer queries and maintain customer satisfaction
• Follow up with potential customers when required
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals
? REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 12th Pass
• Age between 18–30 years
• Freshers are welcome
• Prior customer service/sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Good communication and convincing skills
