e are hiring an experienced Sales Team Leader for our Stock Market / Financial Advisory firm. The candidate will lead a team of Telecallers / Sales Executives to drive revenue and client acquisition for advisory services. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, train, and motivate a team of 8–10 advisory sales executives.
2. Ensure daily/weekly/monthly revenue targets are met.
3. Guide team members on handling client queries related to Stock Market, Equity, & Derivatives.
4. Monitor calling performance, conversion rates, and client satisfaction
