- Key ResponsibilitiesProvide in office / field IT support at client locations.
- Troubleshoot Desktop, Laptop, Windows OS, Printers and Peripherals.
- Install, configure and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, switches and routers.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity and Internet issues.
- Install and configure software, drivers and security applications.
- Perform hardware troubleshooting and coordinate hardware replacement/repair.
- Provide basic support for servers, backups and IT infrastructure.
- Maintain service reports, visit reports and issue-resolution records.
- Coordinate with the internal IT/helpdesk team for escalated issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.
