• New customers ko onboard karna.

• FR8 app/service ke baare mein customers ko explain karna.

• Customer ko app par register karna.

• Customer ka regular follow-up karna.

• Har customer ko successfully onboard karke uska *first truck connect* karna.

• Customers, transporters aur internal team ke saath coordination karna.

• Senior team ke saath targets par work karna.

• Good communication & negotiation skills

• Customer handling skills

• Team ke saath kaam karne ki ability

? *Training:* Joining ke baad training provide ki jayegi.

? *Company SIM:* Interview explicit hone ke baad company SIM provide ki jayegi.

Office Timing - 9:30 am to 6: 30 pm

? *Payment Structure:*

*1st Month:*

Aapko customer ko successfully registor karna hai **aur har customer ka first truck successfully connect karna hai.**





Har customer ka first truck connect hone ke baad hi *₹3,000 incentive* applicable hoga.

Saath hi, required first customer ka truck successfully connect hone ke baad *₹10,000 first-month payment* applicable hoga.

first month 1 customer registor + first truck connect karaya unka = 10,000

first month 2 customer registor + first truck connect karaya unka = *₹10,000 + ₹3,000 incentive* = 13, 000

3 customers onboard + first trucks connected karna unka = *₹13,000 + ₹3,000 incentive*= 16,000 Tho aapka first month 3 customer registor hue or apne sb ka phela truck connect kar diya tho aapka first month payment milegi 16,000

*2nd Month Se:*

Payment *completely incentive based* hoga. Har successfully registor customer ke first truck connect hone par *₹3,000 incentive* milega.
