We are seeking a proactive, highly persuasive, and result-oriented Business Development Executive to acquire and partner with Chartered Accountants (CAs), tax consultants, and financial advisors. In this role, you will meet CAs in person, present the Earn Mitra platform, demonstrate its value proposition, and successfully onboard them into our partner network.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIn-Person Meetings & Pitching: Schedule and conduct daily face-to-face meetings with Chartered Accountants, tax practitioners, and financial professionals.
- App Demonstration: Present and explain the Earn Mitra app features, partner earning models, product ecosystem, and user interface.
- Relationship Building & Closing: Address queries, build trust with potential partners,



handle objections, and successfully close partnership deals.
- End-to-End Onboarding: Guide CAs through the registration process, complete document submission/verification (KYC/ICAI registration), and ensure active engagement on the platform.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly targets for CA meetings, onboarding numbers, and active partner retention.
- Market Insights: Track market trends, gather feedback from CAs regarding platform improvements, and report back to leadership.
